1 large kohlrabi
1/2 t. salt
2 T soy sauce
1 T rice vinegar
1/4 packet Splenda
dash black pepper
How To Prepare:
Peel kohlrabi with knife. Slice thinly. Cut the slices so that you have a lot of rectangular-ish thin pieces. Place in a bowl, mix in the salt and let sit 15-30 minutes. Rinse the salt off and squeeze out the excess water. Add the remaining ingredients and let marinate in the fridge for several hours.
