Ingredients: 12 Slices Sandwich Pepperoni
(3-4" diameter sliced -- (12 to 16) thin deli product)
Shredded Mozzarella
Shredded Cheddar
Crumbled Sausage
Green Pepper
How To Prepare: Arrange the sandwich size pepperoni slices on aluminum foil on a cookie sheet. Use an overlapping pinwheel fashion to form a base for your pizza. It should be about 8-10 inches in diameter. I use two layers or about 16 slices.

Pop the pepperoni base under the broiler and watch it closely. When the edges start to curl, pull it and add the quantities you want of the other items. Stick it back under the broiler and pull it when the cheese bubbles and starts to brown.
