How To Prepare:
Use pizza-type toppings (meats and veggies) and stuff inside a portobello mushroom cap. Top with a dab of low-carb pizza sauce (Ragu) and top with shredded cheese. Broil until hot and cheese bubbles.
1 is usually enough to fill me up but you can also make them with smaller caps for snack-size ones.
