Description:
Ingredients: 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 stick butter
1 small onion -- cut into rings
4 cloves garlic -- crush and slice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper -- (or more)
How To Prepare: Melt butter in a large saucepan and add onions and garlic. Saute until fragrant and add reminaing ingredients. Bring to a bare simmer over low heat. Let simmer for 20 minutes.


Can be cooled and refrigerated at this point for up to a week.


To use: grill desired meats until about 1/2 way done. Then start basting every 10 minutes with sauce.


I'm not sure how many carbs actually go into the meat, but my dad always made this 'grilling baste' Smile
