20 pepperoni slices
16 each green olives
4 ounces sharp cheddar cheese -- cut into 16 pieces
8 each pepperoncini pepper -- pepperoncini/tuscan/banana ( optional)
4 each celery stalks -- cut into 6 sticks each
8 each ham slices -- thin/deli
3 ounces cream cheese
How To Prepare:
Divide pepperoni, olives, cheese cubes, peppers and celery among 4 plates. Spread ham slices with cream cheese and roll up. Cut each roll into 4 bite size pieces and divide among plates. Can be made ahead of time and refrigerates, tightly covered, overnight. Makes a great "grab and go" lunch!
