Ingredients: 1/4 cup chicken stock
1/4 cup white wine
1 tablespoon onion -- finely minced
1 teaspoon garlic -- finely minced
2 tablespoons cream
1 stick butter -- cut into small chunks
3 tablespoons havarti cheese -- shredded
How To Prepare: In a small saucepan, bring broth, wine, onion, and garlic to a simmer and let reduce by 1/2. Once reduced, add the cream and let reduce again. Whisk in the butter until well incorporated. Whisk in the cheese.

Excellent over chicken or fish or veggies.
