3 ounces cream cheese
3 packets sweetener
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 ounce baking chocolate, unsweetened -- (or 2 low-carb chocolate bars and
skip the remaining ingredients)
2 tablespoons heavy cream
2 packets sweetener
How To Prepare:
OK - beat 3oz cream cheese, 3 pkts splenda (or other sweetener) and 1/2 tsp peppermint extract - roll into balls (you should get about 15-20 bite size).
Place on a cookie sheet in a single layer and freeze for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt 2 daryl lea chocolate bars(if you have them) or melt 1oz baking chocolate - mix 2T cream and 4 pkts splenda(more to taste of you like) and blend into the melted chocolate. Stick a cream mint on a toothpick and dip in the chocolate:) Let cool and
enjoy -not the real thing, but kind of like a peppermint patty.
