Simmer over low heat until melted. Add parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Simmer over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yes | Price you paid?: None indicated | Rating: 10    Positive aspects of the product (pros): Just like 'real' Alfredo Sauce Cons: none This recipe is excellent! Absolutely delicious. It was a bit lumpy, so I whisked it and took out the lumps. Consistency is just like traditional Alfredo Sauce with just a hint of garlic. I used it on Minicarb Pizza crust. I think it would taste great over shrimp, chicken, LC pasta.

Yes | Price you paid?: None indicated | Rating: 10    Positive aspects of the product (pros): Easy, great consistency Cons: None I made this recipe tonight with chicken, pieces of bacon and served it over shirataki fettuccine. It was delicious and really easy to make. Of course, my boyfriend had it with real pasta. He loved it too and told me to keep this recipe and make it when friends come over. He even said it was better than restaurant alfredo sauce.
