This recipe is excellent! Absolutely delicious. It was a bit lumpy, so I whisked it and took out the lumps. Consistency is just like traditional Alfredo Sauce with just a hint of garlic. I used it on Minicarb Pizza crust. I think it would taste great over shrimp, chicken, LC pasta.

This turned out perfect, just like you get in the restaurants. I think the touch of cream cheese is the key, makes it really creamy and thicker. Awesome sauce! Thanks for the recipe!

I made this recipe tonight with chicken, pieces of bacon and served it over shirataki fettuccine. It was delicious and really easy to make. Of course, my boyfriend had it with real pasta. He loved it too and told me to keep this recipe and make it when friends come over. He even said it was better than restaurant alfredo sauce.
