Ingredients: 3 cups fresh basil leaves -- (packed)
3 large cloves garlic -- (3 to 4)
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup pine nuts -- or walnuts, lightly toasted
How To Prepare: In food procesor, chop basil and garlic together.

Add nuts, pulse until ground.

Drizzle in oil while machine is running. When mixture turns into smooth paste, transfer to mixing bowl & stir in parmesan. Salt & pepper to taste.
