1 1/2 tablespoons butter -- melted
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1/2 teaspoon Basil
1 tablespoon fresh chives -- or tops of green onions
1 clove garlic
1/4 yellow bell pepper -- or red, sliced 1/4" thin
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushroom
1 small tomato -- optional
4 tablespoons sliced black olive
How To Prepare:
Mix spices in butter, pour over pepperoni, and vegetables. Toss to mix well. Cover with foil and put in broiler at 500 degrees for about 35 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Uncover and add shredded mozzarella cheese then top with more pepperoni. Broil again until cheese is melted. Tastes just like pizza. You can add other pizza favorites as well.
NOTES : Counts for mozzarella cheese not included in totals.
