Ingredients: 3 heads garlic
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
How To Prepare: This is a wonderful paste to have handy in the refrig. Use it in anything that calls for garlic!

Place 3 whole heads of garlic on heavy foil, drizzle each with about 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Seal foil well, place on pan and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Allow to cool till you can work garlic with your hands.

Remove outer part of garlic to get to cloves. Squeeze each clove of garlic into blender, add 2 Tablespoons of olive oil, blend till well pureed, like baby food. Remove to glass jar and store in refrigerator. Use as desired.

This will make you house smell wonderful while it is roasting! Please let me know what you think if you try it. I use it alot.
