1/2 cup red pepper -- chopped
1/2 sweet onion
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons soy sauce
dash tabasco sauce
lime juice -- from 1 small lime
How To Prepare:
Sautee red pepper and in a little butter or olive oil. Sprinkle on some garlic powder and basil and continue to sautee until soft.
Pour in cream, a few tablespoons of soy sauce, a few dashes of Tabasco (to taste), the juice of a small lime and grate some of the lime zest in. Let this cook at a med. high heat until it reduces and thickens a bit.
