1 package frozen spinach -- chopped
1 jar artichoke hearts
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cups shredded parmesan cheese -- fresh
1/2 package try italian salad dressing
How To Prepare:
Dry and squeeze spinach to remove as much water as possible.
Drain artichokes and break into smaller pieces. Blend with spinach. Mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, 1 cup cheese, and dry salad dressing. Blend mixture with spinach and artichokes. Spread in square baking pan. Top with remaining 1/4 cup of cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until top cheese is
Serve in stuffed mushrooms, on cucumber slices, torillas or low carb crackers.
NOTES : Counts for artichoke hearts and italian salad dressing not included in totals.
