1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup artificial sweetener -- splenda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tablespoons water
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla
3 cups pecans
How To Prepare:
Combine first 5 ingredients in heavy saucepan. Stir over medium heat till all lumps are out of cinnamon. Add pecans, stir till all coated. Spread on cookie sheet covered with parchment paper. Cook in 300* oven till crispy, about 15 min. Cool and place in airtight container. Be careful, they are addictive!
