Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Fry bacon crisp and remove bacon from skillet (discard or eat!). Pour bacon fat into jelly roll pan. Add melted butter and stir to combine. Add pecans and stir to coat. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove pecans and place in large plate or cookie sheet and generously sprinkle with sea salt. Sprinkle with Splenda to taste. (Salt and Splenda depends on your taste). Spread out to cool completely. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator. Really crisp and good. I have no counts but guess it's carb free. As far as fat and calories; we don't care, do we???
