3-4 lb rump rost
1 packet dry italian dressing
1 bottle of beer-light beers have a lighter flavor, dark lagers have a bold rich flavor
How To Prepare:
place roast in the crock pot. sprinkle dry italian dressing over roast. Pour the bottle of beer over the roast. Put a lid on it and cook on low 8-10 hours or high 3-4 hours. mmmm good!
