1 LB Chicken tenders
Hot sauce to taste (wing sauce)
1/2 btl of Bleu cheese dressing
2 pats of butter
pork rinds/or flax meal to coat
veg oil for deep frying
How To Prepare:
Ground the rinds or flax to create a coating for the chicken. Mix the eggs and dip the chicken in the egg mixture. Coat the chicken w/ the flax or rinds and sprinkle w/ red pepper, salt/pepper and garlic pwdr; set aside.
Melt the butter and add the blue cheese. Pour hot sauce in until the mixture turns orange, or so it is "hot" enough to your taste. Let cool. This sauce is incredible!
Deep fry the chicken in a fryer or pan until browned, but, still moist in the center. This should take no more than 5 minutes. Dip the chicken in sauce and enjoy! Good cold as well!
