12 large mushrooms
1 pound pork sausage -- crumbled
1 red bell pepper
3/4 cup sliced black olive
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup ranch dressing
How To Prepare:
Clean and remove stems from mushrooms. Brown sausage. When done cooking sausage rinse in cold water. Dice up pepper. Mix sausage, pepper, black olives, cheese, and dressing in a bowl. Stuff mushrooms. bake at 375 for about 20 minutes. They are wonderful.
Another suggestion is use this stuffing with boneless skinless chicken breast. Wrap chicken in bacon. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 then broil for about 3-4 minutes to darken the bacon. It is also wonderful.
