Ingredients: 1 thin slice deli turkey*
1 thin slice american cheese*
1 pepperoncini pepper*
spicy mustard (or mayo)
How To Prepare: Place a slice of turkey flat on a plate. Spread mustard (spicy is nice) or mayo over turkey. Divide a slice of cheese in half and lay in sections on top of the turkey. Cut up the pepper in good size chunks and place in different spots over cheese. Then simply start at one end and roll it up. You may fasten it with a toothpick if you're going to eat it hors d'ouevres style.

NOTES : Here's another variation of this popular snack, but with a little kick!

You may substitute turkey with other meats, but be careful. Deli meat tends to have sugar added. Look for one that does not have sugar or nitrates. Butterball Fat Free turkey slices are good. Be careful when choosing cheese, since these have different carb counts. I prefer the italian peppers pepperoncini), but you could use jalapenos instead.
