Ingredients: 1 C. Heavy Cream
1 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
How To Prepare: For best results, chill metal mixing bowl and beater(s) in freezer for 30 minutes or more.
1: Whip the cream to desired consistency.
2: Add cocoa powder and whip a few more seconds until blended.

I avoid artificial sweeteners and to me this is great without. Buy the good cocoa, like Ghirardelli. Keeps in fridge for 24 hours.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):

This was HEAVENLY! One small addition I did was to drizzle a tiny bit of Atkins Chocolate Syrup over the dessert. Just enough to enhance, not overpower. Very good indeed and super easy!
