1/2 cup TVP (textured
vegetable protein) 6 carbs --
2/3 cups ground plain pork
4 tablespoons butter
2 stalks celery
1/4 cup green onion --
1/2 cup mushroom -- sliced
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon sage
salt and pepper -- to taste
garlic -- to taste
How To Prepare:
Saute celery & onions in
butter until tender, add
mushrooms, chicken broth
and bring to a boil.
Add seasonings, TVP &
pork rinds, mix thoroughly
and let sit until liquid is

I was looking for a good sage type dressing, easy to make w/no sausage or oysters or bread, this is the BOMB : ) I luv it and since no one in my family likes stuffing, this is just perfect for this girl, Thanks Dobie
