How To Prepare: boil 2 lobster tails in 3 cups
of chicken boulion
add parsley and 1 bay leaf,
white pepper
boil for 10 to 15 minutes
remove lobster shells and
place on side to cool -
when they cool cut lobster
meat out, dice and put in
soup -
then add 2 cups of heavy
bring to boil and serve
sprinkle top with grated
cheddar and some nutmeg.

It is delicious but because I
did not put in flour or corn
starch to thicken, the
consistency was like milk. I
am going
to try putting a tablespoon of
flour next time when I find
out how many carbs are in
it. I like it thick but I have to
say this was extremely
