Description:
Ingredients: 1 piece Lavash bread
Vegetable Oil
Pre-cooked pepperoni pieces
Basil

Italian Seasonings
Shredded cheese (any type)
Ragu pizza sauce





How To Prepare: Spread very light layer of oil on lavash bread. Bake on cookie sheet in 300 degree oven for five minutes or until bread is just browning and firm. Remove from oven. Spread pizza sauce evenly over bread. Sprinkle basil and Italian seasonings over sauce. Put pepperoni pieces or cooked sausage all over pizza. Cover pizza with shredded cheese of your choice. Return to oven for 5 additional minutes or until cheese melts. Cut with pizza cutter. Delicious!!! Lavash bread can be obtained at LoCarb Marketplace in Indianapolis.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Easy, easy, easy!
Cons:

I looked at some of the other pizza recipes, and this one was a snap compared to others! I printed it out, and had it made in 20 minutes including ingredient prep! I did substitute olive oil for the vegetable oil, and No Carb Gourmet's Marinara Sauce (zero TOTAL carbs), and used pepperoni, italian sausage, mushrooms, onions, and olives. Oh my word, it was almost sinful, it was so good!

Cons: crust isn't fluffy, but I love it
