1 Tbsp Hot Pace Picante Sauce
1 Tbsp Sour Cream
1 Tbsp Butter
Dash Salt & Pepper
How To Prepare:
Beat eggs, sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste.
Melt butter over medium heat in a skillet.
Pour eggs into skillet, let bottom of mixture firm up over the heat. Scrape spatula all around on bottom of pan, bringing cooked part of eggs to the center, tipping pan so that the the uncooked eggs on top slide to the bottom of the pan. The eggs will eventually appear as a "wrinkled" layer covering the bottom of the pan, evenly cooked.
Turn off heat, pour salsa over the eggs in a line, slide eggs on a plate, flipping it into the shape of an omlette. Garnish w/ sour cream. I have been eating these every day, and never get tired of them!
