Description:
Ingredients: 1 lb. deli-sliced corned beef (0 carbs)
4 slices Swiss-Flavored Veggie Slices - tofu cheese
(1 carb/slice)
4 slices Todd's Low-Carb Bread (3 carbs/slice)
8 ozs. Sauerkraut (3 carbs
/ounce)
3 ozs. Walden Farms Calorie Free, No Carbs Thousand Island Dressing
How To Prepare: - Toast bread.
- Saute Sauerkraut in a Tsp. vegetable oil until it browns a little (or steam in a little white wine.
- Top Sauerkraut with slices of corned beef and swiss cheese.
Cover fry pan and heat until cheese melts.
- Use spatula to divide into four portions and put atop toasted bread.
Pour a little cold dressing on each sandwich.
- Enjoy without guilt!
