Ingredients: 1lb sausage(tennessee pride)1/2c atkins bake mix
1/4c-1/2c heavy cream
1/2c shredded cheddar cheese
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 325f. Brown sausage, drain off the fat. In a bowl add sausage, baking mix cheese, then add the cream a little at a time until the batter gets to a cookie dough consistency. The dough needs to be a little wet. If it is too dry these will fall apart after they are baked. Roll into walnut sized balls. Bake until golden brown.
Number of Servings: depends on how many you make
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: total is about 8 or so carbs. just depends on how much cream you use.
