1 leek sliced (white area only)
1/2 head cauliflower
1/2 tsp garlic
2 tbsp oil or oil and butter mixed.
1 shrimp boulion
salt & pepper to taste
1/4-1/2 c half n half
2 c water
How To Prepare:
saute the leek in the oil till transparent. Dont let it become dark. Add the cauliflower, salt, peper,boulion cube and water. Cook until cauliflower is done. taste for flavor. If it needs something more add the garlic. (some dont like the garlic). add the half n half and let simmer 5-10 minutes. check for flavor again. add more salt and pepper if needed. Serve warm.
