1 medium chicken breast, no skin, no bone, raw; cut into bite sized chunks
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash pepper
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon tabasco sauce
How To Prepare:
Place water, garlic powder, pepper and chicken in a small non-stick saucepan. Simmer until chicken is cooked through and the water is nearly gone. Add the tabasco sauce and cook to coat the chicken evenly and heat through.
Serve with a tossed salad(romaine, red onion, tomato, slivered almonds, a sprinkle of parmesan cheese and blue cheese dressing is shown, but not included in the nutritional information) and sliced cucumbers.
