Description:
Ingredients: 1 cup sour cream
8 oz package cream cheese
1/3 cup Splenda
2 eggs
splash of lemon juice
splash of vanilla
How To Prepare: Being essentially lazy, I tried this and it works.Beat together all of the ingredients. Pour into a cake pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or so.Ingredients could probably be doubled but this makes a flattish cheese cake and 1/4 of the pan is a satisfying serving (for me).

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Tasty and easy to make
Cons: Missed crust

Very tasty and very easy to make. I think i will make a low carb crust made of nuts next time i make this but i do think it is very good!
