Description:
Ingredients: 8 Large peeled shrimp
2 Tbl butter
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
dash salt & pepper
1 tbl-garlic powder
How To Prepare: First clean shimp well, melt butter in a sauce pan, add shpimp, salt pepper and garlic, stir fry until shrimp is pink add parmesan, and stir until melted. use a non stick pan. This is yummy with no carbs
Number of Servings: Just me
Preparation Time: 10 min

This is fast to make and good ,I used romano cheese and it was very tasty.

I loved this meal! I did alter a couple of things: I used crushed garlic and added a tablespoon of dill weed. Then after it was stir fried, I put it in a pan, threw the cheese on top and broiled it until it was a golden brown. Yum!

This is delicious. I added a tsp. of dill weed. I also put it in a oven safe dish then added the parmesan cheese and broiled it until it was golden brown.
