Sugar substitute,equaly to 9 oz.Sugar (250 g Zucker)
1 Tablespoon Lemonjuice (1 Esslffel Zitronensaft)
How To Prepare:
Put egg whites in a dry, grease free bowl. Add salt and beat egg whites until it forms stiff peaks.Don't stop beating the egg whites and slowly add the suger. Now, add the Lemon juice. Keep beating till the suger disolves, and you can cut with a knife through the "dough" and the cut stays visible.
Now, you can either use a spoon or a cookie press to form your pieces onto a cookie sheet (use some waxed paper or simulare)( don't know how many you will get because it will depend on how big you make them)
Bake in the ove at 167 - 212 for 3 hours until dry.
