1/4 cup almond meal
1/4 cup wheat gluten
enough water to make a batter a little thinner than pancaka batter(let it sit for 5 minutes then add a little more water if needed)
How To Prepare:
Spray a 6" non-stick skillet with cooking spray, spoon about 3-4T of batter in, swirl to coat the pan and let it cook about 1 minute, flip then cook another 45 seconds or so.
Number of Servings:
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known:
2g per tortilla - 6g carbs for the gluten and 6g for the almond meal NOT net!
