16oz - Ground Beef
16oz - Mozarella Cheese(Shredded)
1 Package - Burrito Seasoning
1/2 Chopped Yellow Onions
Favorite Low Carb Salsa
Favorite Low Carb Sour Cream
Favorite Low Carb Guacamole'
Olives, Jalapenjos, Etc.
How To Prepare:
Brown ground beef and add seasoning(s) and onions until cooked.
Remove from pan and place on side. Evenly place approximately 4oz of Mozarella onto (non-stick) pan and cook on medium heat until lightly golden brown and then flip and repeat. Remove tortilla (Mozarella), add filling and condements, roll and serve. Enjoy, Our site(s):
