1/4 cup boiling water
1 tablespoon ThickenThin not/Sugar thickener
4 ounces fresh or frozen cranberries -- approximately 1 1/2 cups
1/2 teaspoon orange zest -- optional
sweetener -- to taste
How To Prepare:
Combine water, not/Sugar thickener, cranberries and zest in a small pot and
cook until berries pop open -- about 10 to 15 minutes. Stir well. Add
sweetener (if you let it cool first, aspartame is fine) to taste.
