3 lbs hamburger1 large onionmushrooms (1 container)celery (8 stalks)
green peppers (2)1 large can of chopped tomatoes1 head of cabbage salt and pepper to taste
How To Prepare:
Brown burger on the stove, add onion and mushrooms......cook a little longer. In a crockpot add chopped green peppers, celery, shredded cabbage, chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper.When burger mixture is finished, dump in crockpot and let it cook.Freezes very well!!!I've substituted different veggies and different amounts and it still turns out great.
