boneless/skinless chicken tenders (I use about 6)
approx 1/4-1/2 cup of mayo(will vary depending on amount of chicken)
1 TBSP of full fat sour cream
approx 1 TBSP prepared mustard
1 TBSP Blue cheese dressing
curry powder to taste
How To Prepare:
Boil chicken. Shred chicken,
(easy to do with food processor)add all other ingredients and mix well.
**I love to eat stuffed into half a raw or blanched green bell pepper. If doing this, accout for carbs in pepper.
