Positive aspects of the product (pros): easy to make and reheats well

This was very creamy and good! I didn't have pork rinds or bake mix so I used flax seed meal and it worked fine. I counted about 13 carbs total. I let it cool then divided it in containers right away and it has made a perfect lunch at work.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Easy to make and moist.

DH loves tuna, so I'm always on the outlook for tuna recipes. I used all ingredients except green beans and whole eggs. Used 8oz. of a brocolli slaw mix (just brocolli and a few carrots), and used only egg whites. My carb counts (according to LifeForm) were 3g.net.
