Ingredients: 1 can tuna drained1 can green beans4 oz cream cheese1/4 c cream1/4 c sour creamsalt, pepper, gralic powder
2 tbsp butter3 tbsp crushed pork rinds (you can sub bake mix or soy flour)3 tbsp parmesan3 eggs1 c shredded cheese
How To Prepare: Rub butter on a pie plate, and coat with 2 tbsp of the pork rinds. beat with beater the cream cheese, eggs, cream, sour cream, 2 tbsp parmesan, spices. fold in tuna and green beans. pour in pie plate, top with parmesan and pork rinds. bake at 350 for about 30-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
