Description:
Ingredients: 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
2 eggs
pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese
any other low carb toppings that you wish
How To Prepare: First, pre-heat your oven to 400ish, spray a cookie sheet with Pam non-stick spray. Second, mix your hamburger meat with eggs and spread the mixture evenly onto the cookie sheet. Bake until done. Remove from oven, spread sauce and add on remaining toppings. Bake until melted or until desired results are achieved. Remove from oven, cut with pizza cutter and enjoy! Woohoo!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): No more craving for Pizza Hut - this is AWESOME
Cons:

I've made this twice in 2 days...it's wonderful!


Some questions were brought up on the board - you use raw hamburger and I mix one egg bake at 400 for about 12 minutes. Take out of oven, cover with (I use hunts tomato sauce - 2 carbs per 1/4 cup)...onions, mushrooms, moz. cheese and sometimes tomatoes and stick back in oven at 400 for 6 to 7 minutes.


Can't say enough about this, I have been craving pizza for several weeks now. NO more craving it.

What a great idea ! I would never have thought to use the ground beef as a base to replace crust. I love it !!! I can use this as a base for anything now. Excellent !!

i used ground beef mixed with bratwurst out of the casing....It was mild bratwurst would have been wonderful with the hot! This added extra flavors with the pepperoni. YUMMY!


It almost got hard and crunchy on the bottom!
