4 tilapia filets (1 lb.)seafood seasoning (optional)2 T. butter1/4 cup chicken broth
2 T. orange juice concentrate1/4 t. dried basildash of red pepper or pepper flakes
How To Prepare:
1. Wash filets in cold water and pat dry.2. Season with seafood seasoning (I made a mixture of salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder)3. In non-stick skillet, melt 1 T. of the butter.4. Cook filets for 4 minutes on each side over medium-high heat.5. Remove filets from pan and set aside.6. Add last T. of butter to pan and chicken broth and orange juice to deglaze. Stir until thickened.7. Put filets back into skillet with sauce. Sprinkle basil and red pepper over filets and serve.
