1 lb beef (lean ground chilie meat or small pieces of beef)
1 lb italian saugage
2 lbs ground beef
2 cans mushrooms
1 large can chunks of tomatoes
1 can delmonte tomatoes and peppers
2 can tomatoes for chili (I use ma Grimes or hunts)
cut up yellow, red , orange or and green peppers about 1 cup total use what ever you have.
cut up onion to taste.
How To Prepare:
fry up the lean ground chilie meat and Italian saugage. Then fry up the 2 lbs of hamb add the cut up onion. Drain grease from meats and put in large pan. Dump the 2 cans of musrooms in and the cans of tomatoe. add the peppers and I add chilie powder and a dash of hot pepper... what ever you want for seasoning . then cook on top of stove and let simmer for more flavor.

alot we usualy eat this for 2 days and then I freeze some for when we are in need of fast meal
