8 oz unsweetened Baking Chocolate
Vanilla to taste
one carton Ricotta cheese
1/2 cup Splenda
How To Prepare:
Melt chocolate (microwave @ 40% power for about six minutes). Mix Ricotta, Splenda and Vanilla together, then stir into the melted chocolate. Turn out into a glass pie plate. Hurry, it gets firm fast. For a creamier fudge, add a couple of tablespoons of butter to the melted chocolate.
