Ingredients: Ingredients for broth

2 quarts of beef broth
2 smoked ham hocks
4 green onions tops and bottoms, chopped
4 ribs of celery, chopped
¼ to ½ cup of cilantro, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
2 8 ounce pkgs. portabella mushrooms, chopped

Ingredients for meatballs

2 to 3 pounds of ground beef
1 3-ounce bag of pork rinds (crushed)
3 eggs
3 pods of garlic (minced)

Mix ingredients together and form into meatballs. Brown in a skillet. Put in broth.

How To Prepare: Cook on low heat until vegetables are done.
