8 lb pork roast
2 cans of whole tomatoes - 10 grams
1 chopped red onion - 9 grams
3 pasilla chilies (roasted) (or whatever chili peppers you prefer) - 12 grams
1 anaheim chili (roasted) (or whatever chili peppers you prefer) - 2 grams
bay leaves to taste
4 cloves of garlic - 4 grams
chili powder to taste
cumin to taste
oregano to taste
How To Prepare:
Dump all ingredients into a large croc pot heat on medium 10 hours. Halve the recipie if your pot is too small for this amount of food.
Serve with a dollop of sourcream, chopped onions and shredded cheese on top.
Number of Servings:
makes 8 to 10 servings - freezes great for make-ahead-of-time meals
