A little greasy

Next time I think I'll cook the meat and onion w/out the spices. This way I can get more of the grease out without worrying about losing the spices. Other than that, it's great!

This recipe was easy and forgiving. I did substitute some items, but it was still great. I used can of beef broth to replace the bouillion and water. I replaced diced tomato and chili with Rotel. I added 3 T of cream cheese. It was great.

Very good. All of my family liked it - even those that are not LC'ing. You could probably do lots of substituting here. I had the sausage on hand, but not the beef cubes, so I substituted Morningstar Farms Crumbles. Also, we are not fond of spicy foods, so I only used one Tablespoon of Chili Powder. Instead of the green chili, I added a 4 oz can of chopped green chilis.
