2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup mushroom, sliced
1/4 cup onion, sliced thin
How To Prepare:
Heat pan, with butter.
Saute onions until soft.
Add mushrooms, stir and saute until cooked through.
Scramble eggs in bowl, adding herbs and seasonings to taste. Add to pan, mixing with onions and mushrooms, scrambling until cooked through. Serve.
