Description:
Ingredients: 1 can tuna (drained)
Mayo (use as much as you like-I use 2 T)

1-2 slices cheese (I like provolone or cheddar)
How To Prepare: Mix together drained tuna and mayo in a small oven proof bowl. Top with cheese. Broil on Hi for 3 min. Variation: Use a slice of Atkins bread.
I like this better than a tuna melt- who needs soggy bread anyway?
Number of Servings: 1
Preparation Time: Less than 5 min.
Effort (Easy, Average, Difficult): Easy

Positive aspects of the product (pros): awesome quick lunch
Cons:

I was just checking to see if anyone had a recipe similar to mine. It's one of my favorite quick lunches and canned tuna is a staple in our home.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Delicious, quick
Cons: Needs some crunch

I chopped a celery stalk into mine and ate it with a piece of low carb toast. It was only 5 carbs total and very filling.

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Easy
Cons: None

I just made the "she's so lazy and so hungry" version of this.
1 can tuna, drained
mayonaise
sugar free relish
3 slices of cheese

Mixed in a shallow microwave container, slap the cheese on top, microwave for a minute or so and it's time to eat dinner Smile
