I chopped a celery stalk into mine and ate it with a piece of low carb toast. It was only 5 carbs total and very filling.

I just made the "she's so lazy and so hungry" version of this.
1 can tuna, drained
mayonaise
sugar free relish
3 slices of cheese
Mixed in a shallow microwave container, slap the cheese on top, microwave for a minute or so and it's time to eat dinner
