1/4 cup soy powder
1/4 cup vital wheat gluten
1/4 cup protein powder
1/4 cup ground almonds or walnuts
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup water
2 tsp. Splenda
2 tbsp. canola oil
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
How To Prepare:
Heat griddle to medium temperature. Lightly cover griddle with an oil spray. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Separately beat eggs, then fold in other liquid ingredients. Blend moist ingredients into dry ingredients, then beat for 1-2 minutes at high speed, taking care to scrape your bowl to combine ingredients. Spoon batter onto griddle one tablespoon at a time. You may need to drizzle a bit of oil around each pancake for best results.
