Positive aspects of the product (pros): Tasted like the real thing.

These were really good. I had to add a touch more water because they were a little thick for my taste. I also experimented with these another time and added 3/4 C pumpkin and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and made pumpkin pancakes. Those were awesome! (I kept everything else the same on the recipe)

Positive aspects of the product (pros): taste, high protein, sweet!
Cons: needed 1/4 C more water

We enjoyed these very much. I really liked that it uses simple ingredients that I already have on hand. I made mine with cookiesncream protein powder and the flavor is really good. There does not appear to have that "off" soy flavor which is very important to me. Thanks for the great recipe UFMike.
