I just loved the ease of making this recipe. It really is so versatile. Friend called today requesting recipe suggestions for her pork roast, and voila' gave this to her.

I accidentally bought a roast with a bone so I had a hard time cutting it up. But it was great! Even kids and husband liked it. I think next time I would just use boneless pork chops and I really want to try this with chicken.

This was delicious. I did add some sage and thyme to my meat before cooking, but the dish was yummy! You need to let it cook the full time, you want it really tender. I think it would lend itself better to boneless porkchops, since cutting the roast gives you basically just that. But, it was good (and I was skeptical). Thanks!!

I was very surprised. I was very skeptical of mayonnaise sitting on top of pork but it was delicious. I only had two pork loin chops and probably used a couple tablespoons of mayonnaise and thinned with a little bit of chicken broth. It turned out very moist. I just poured mayonnaise sauce over the chops.

First time I made this, I used bone-in pork chops and mixed cheddar and mozz cheese. Second time I took a pork tenderloin, cut it into slices and used parmesan cheese on top. Hubby and I prefer the parm version. Tonight I'm going to throw everything in the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. We LOVE this recipe.
